Welcome to The Saint James Hair Studio,

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for all of our guests. In order to maintain the highest level of professionalism and respect for everyone’s time, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following salon policies:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, and at times, schedule changes may be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another guest.

Same-Day Appointments

Appointments scheduled on the same day are subject to the No Show Policy. Should a same-day appointment result in a no-show, a 100% charge of the scheduled service will apply. Due to the short notice, it is not possible to recover or rebook that time.

Late Arrivals

We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be modified or canceled entirely depending on the service and availability. Please plan ahead to ensure you receive the full experience of your scheduled service.

No Show Policy

Missing an appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in a restriction from booking future appointments in advance and will place the client on a walk-in only basis.

Card on File Policy

To secure your appointment, all guests are required to have a valid card on file. This card will not be charged unless a deposit is required or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as outlined in our policies. Your information is stored securely and used in accordance with industry-standard privacy and data protection protocols.

Right to Refuse Service

The Saint James Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us ensure fairness to both our guests and our stylists, and they allow us to continue providing the high level of service you deserve.
